School Uniform
All students at Sunshine Harvester Primary School are expected to wear approved school uniform to school each day unless a 'casual clothes day' or special event is announced. This includes a Sunsmart hat during terms 1 and 4. If your child is unable to wear uniform on a particular day, please advise his or her teacher in writing.
From Term 3 2025, no school uniform orders will be administered by the school. All school uniform items can be purchased from DCS Uniforms through the SHPS page on their website.

Items purchased online will be delivered to school and sent home with the students. Parents can also purchase in person from the DCS Uniforms store in Altona, especially if unsure of sizing. The address and further details are available via the link above, and please note an apoointment is necessary.
School uniform consists of:
Hat:
Navy blue bucket hat, broad brimmed hat or legionna
ires hat (must be worn in terms 1 and 4). Available from DCS Uniforms but can be bought elsewhere.
Tops: all must have the school logo
- Polo shirt - long or short sleeved
- Windcheater
- Bomber jacket
Bottoms: must be plain navy blue (no trims, logos or visible branding). Available from the DCS Uniforms but can be bought elsewhere, (e.g. KMart, Big W, Target, Best & Less)
- Shorts
- Track pants - cuffed or hemmed
- Skorts
- Bootleg pants
Dresses:
Blue and white check with white collar. Available from DCS Uniforms but can be bought elsewhere, (e.g. KMart, Big W, Target, Best & Less)
Hair ties and headbands:
Navy/ blue and white headbands
Shoes:
Closed toe shoes that your child can take off and put on independently
