Message from the Principal

At Sunshine Harvester Primary School, we provide an outstanding learning environment for the residents of the Sunshine and Braybrook local areas. We serve a diverse and ever-changing community with a high proportion of our students coming from non-English speaking backgrounds.  

We believe that every student can learn and provide an inclusive and engaging curriculum that meets the individual needs of all of our students. 

We are a PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) School, providing clear and consistent expectations that are underpinned by our school values of Respect, Responsibility and Learning, together acknowledging, promoting and celebrating positive behaviour.  We have an established wellbeing team, including a dedicated Mental Health and Wellbeing Coordinator and Social Worker to support and promote positive mental health strategies across the school.

Our open plan learning spaces provide an opportunity for children to learn in flexible and caring environments, ensuring individual learning styles are catered for.  All of our teachers work together in teams to optimise learning opportunities and ensure students are provided with the skills they need to reach their potential.
